Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. Your data and listings are accessible until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Every candidate explicitly consents to their data being shared with registered agencies at registration. As an agency on BuildTheGap, you receive candidate data lawfully under UK GDPR. You must process that data in accordance with your own privacy policy and GDPR obligations as a data controller.
